The asphalt parking lot near residential buildings will be replaced by a multi-level parking structure for over 750 cars. We've carefully designed it to blend with the residential character of the area, which is mostly low-rise apartments. The structure's exterior features variously sized prisms, helping it blend in and harmonize with the surrounding buildings.
The building is designed using a modular system that can be disassembled if needed and relocated to another site. To minimize the building's ecological impact, we've incorporated blue-green infrastructure technologies like green roofs and rainwater harvesting.
