The protected valley, which is created on the site of the former brickyard by landscaping, offers potential for residential development. Two design options draw the rich nature of the site's surroundings directly in the middle of the planned dwellings. We borrowed the names of the variants from Japanese culture, whose diverse and rich relationship to nature and to the human self was an inspiration for us.

nesuto
In this variant, the former brickyard is converted into an area for individual construction of family houses. This is focused on a client who is looking for a quality place to safely build a family. A human also looks for his nest.

The Japanese "nesuto" means "nest" and with this image in mind, we designed the entire development and the public space lined with an alley, which should constitute a magical place for local residents and a quality worth paying for.

rakkíni
The shape of another variant for the project resembles a four-leaf clover – hence the symbolic name of the housing complex: "to be lucky", i.e. "rakkíni". The thematic distinction of the five inner squares, each representing one of the five elements of nature: earth, water, wood, metal and fire, further refers to the natural connection between man and nature.
