In our geographical conditions, surface water is rare, and perhaps that is why it has such a magical effect on us. The site intended for the family villa is close to a large lake, which strongly influenced the concept of the building opening up to the flowing energy, and the view of the water surface.
The proposed villa in its profile and plan expresses the main concept, which is based on the relationship with the water surface of the lake. The house is oriented towards the water and fully opens up to it. It distances itself from the opposite side and protects its own space.
