The proposed residential building is a reaction to the uncontrolled colour variations of the surrounding blocks of flats, a typical feature of the modernisation of the residential areas from socialist normalisation times. The white colour, in its contrast to older buildings, makes an impression of awareness and gives the building the hallmark of superior living.

Its position is defined by the existing boiler house, a small part of which had to be respected, and which is located on a site with strong compositional context. The building is positioned on the axis of symmetry intersecting one side of an isosceles triangle, enclosing a green zone facing away from the local commercial and transport centre. At the same time, the building is located on the highest point of the surrounding area. The proposed house thus fulfils the previously defined compositional order of things.
