The location of the residential buildings around the park creates a safe and quiet place to live. The buildings are screened from publicly accessible parts of the site by gardens and strips of park vegetation. The new neighbourhood is adjacent to the sports and recreational area of Olomouc and has excellent connections to the city centre.

Residents walk through a semi-public park on their way home, where they can also spend their leisure time actively. Tall dominant trees create a pleasant and healthy microclimate, which also prevents the formation of a heat island.

The communal area of the dwellings with a well-thought-out layout is facing the private garden for the ground floor flats, ensuring the maximum level of privacy and security for the owners. On the higher floors, the living zones face the central park, which provides superior views and a great degree of privacy.
