The symbiosis of administrative and residential buildings arranged around a modern courtyard creates a unique local centre with excellent accessibility at the corner of Dlouhá and Jihlavská streets. The richly equipped multifunctional campus with magnificent views of the centre and the Pálava ridge combines employment opportunities with comfortable living. Its modern architecture makes it the gateway to Brno-Bohunice.
Four apartment buildings, screened from the busy street by an office building, offer 231 functional and sufficiently large apartments. They are arranged in the building in a rectangular and logical way without impractical corners. A distinctive shape is created by the sinuous balconies and the curved slats of the balcony railings, which offer the passer-by an experience of observing the transformation of the railings' surfaces.
Residents can use the facilities of the office building with shops and services close to their apartment. The amenities of the complex include a permeable courtyard park with a playground, fountain, artwork and cosy nooks under mature trees.
The periods of use of the office and residential buildings are complementary, creating not only a safe and lively street level, but also allowing for efficient use of the infrastructure.
