Results of the architect's work should not be concepts of proposed buildings that end up in a drawer, but realised works that have been worked out to the smallest detail for the correct functionality of operation.

The quality of the work can be measured by the quality of the elaboration of individual details, because they are an indicator of the right or wrong fit of the connections.

The most complex part of this project was to unify the expression of the façade in the plinth, in which five differently sized openings (garage entrances, intakes, entrances) had to be placed, and in a completely different height arrangement. Thanks to the use of a grid made of the tropical tree Pyinkado, it was possible to hide the four openings and admit only the main entrance, which is the only one that has the right to be visible.
