The exceptional location of Stará Hora in Oslavany offers beautiful views of the town and countryside. The resulting shape of the development is based on local features and logical pedestrian routes to the amenities of the village. In the centre of the development, we are creating a wide pedestrian avenue with public amenities that will safely lead residents to the town centre without encountering vehicular traffic. We consider the feeling of safety as one of the key aspects in our clients' decision to buy a property. In this project, we are strongly committed to it and, together with other city-building principles, we create a quality place for family life.
The entire plan is designed for 1.7 thousand residents and is divided into several phases, each with several types of housing buildings. The first phase is designed with the highest amount of housing units to cover the considerable upfront investment in the whole plan through sales. The proposal has a sophisticated sales strategy, property zoning, phasing sequence and economic balance sheet – all the necessary characteristics of an investment project to be viable.
