We have designed the transformation of an industrial complex with a focus on minimising demolitions and repurposing existing structures in line with the principle of reuse. This approach not only reduces environmental impact—by tracking CO₂ emissions and lowering costs—but also preserves the site's historical identity.

The development of the complex is taking place gradually, with new buildings added to supplement the capacity of the existing, renovated structures. This method aligns with the natural evolution of cities, where older and modern buildings coexist. In our case, this transformation is taking place in an unconventional setting—within the heart of an industrial complex. Here, a central space will be created featuring a newly planted bosquet, seamlessly connected to a green public area with seating spaces and opportunities for social interaction.
