Things that we label as beautiful or ugly are judged not only based of the thing itself, but also in relation to the circumstances in which we encounter the particular object.
For example, if you come across a fine café in a neglected town with dilapidated buildings, you will consider that café far more beautiful than if it were in a majestic city. Everything is relative and depends on context.
We considered an appropriate form of a centre for living and design with these laws in mind. The site is located at the end of a typical industrial area and the centre wouldn't stand a chance at all if something unexpected and surprising didn't start happening here. Imagine driving down a narrow road, entering an industrial zone with no clearly held concept, and finding two golden boxes at the end, facing each other through glass portals and containing design showrooms and a pleasant café. In addition, a perfectly cut English lawn stretches between these portals. Thanks to the previous experience of travelling through the complex, you are very pleasantly surprised, perhaps even shocked, because you really wouldn't expect this here.
And that's why you will find the surroundings beautiful, very pleasant to you, and the green lawn the best you have ever seen.
